Head of Growth - Location: London (Hybrid) or East Coast USA - £130,000–£150,000 + bonus / equity (negotiable)Our Client is a fast-growing LegalTech company on a mission to transform how law firms and Fund Managers manage complex documentation and transactions. Having secured significant new investment, they're now entering a major scale-up phase — and building the commercial engine to match.We’re looking for a Head of Growth — a commercial leader who can design and build a scalable go-to-market function across Marketing, Sales and Client Experience. This isn’t a maintenance role; it’s a build role. You’ll be taking a founder-led, inbound-heavy business and turning it into a structured, metrics-driven growth machine.What you’ll be doing- Design and deliver the go-to-market strategy — defining the ideal customer profile, value proposition and acquisition channels.- Build and lead the full Sales & Marketing function, shaping the roadmap from startup to scale up.- Architect the systems, processes and automation that ensure every lead is captured, tracked and converted.- Recruit and lead a team of 50+ over the first 6 months.- Maintain a “white glove” service standard that have become core to the clients brand.- Provide clear commercial reporting and visibility to the founders.What we’re looking for- Proven experience leading Sales, Marketing or Growth in LegalTech / FinTech / InsurTech / RegTech / FundTech / Saas or related domains - or someone in the the wider Investor Relations ecosystem.- Strong background building scalable inbound and sales systems within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.- Entrepreneurial and hands-on — equally comfortable designing strategy and rolling up sleeves to execute it.- Deep understanding of professional services or fund-manager sales cycles.- Process-driven, data-led, and relentlessly detail-focused.- Polished communicator with strong leadership presence.- Based in London or on the East Coast US (collaborating across time zones).What’s in it for you- Base salary £130,000–£150,000 or USD Equivalent- Performance-based bonus or commission/- Equity opportunity, aligned with growth impact- Hybrid working (UK or US)- The chance to build something from the ground up — with full founder backing and a genuinely global remit.If you’re a commercial builder who loves turning fast-growing ideas into scalable growth engines — and you thrive on autonomy, precision and pace — we’d love to hear from you.
