Mobilina App Studio builds next-generation mobile applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies across finance, health, regulation, and visual media domains.Our AI-powered products simplify daily life, enhance creativity, and boost productivity.Role OverviewAs a Growth Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving and scaling user growth, engagement, and revenue across Mobilina’s portfolio of AI-powered mobile apps.You’ll combine data-driven decision-making with creative experimentation to optimize every stage of the user journey — from acquisition to retention and monetization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-app growth strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and monetizationPlan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search AdsManage ASO strategies and run continuous A/B tests to maximize conversion ratesAnalyze funnel performance, LTV/CAC ratios, cohort data, and other key growth metricsCollaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to align growth goalsOptimize onboarding, activation, and subscription funnelsUtilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Notion AI, etc.) for automation, insights, and creative ideationQualifications3+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or mobile performance marketingProven experience with MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust)Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Apple Search AdsStrong understanding of ASO, Firebase, RevenueCat, and analytics tools (e.g., Countly)Ability to design, measure, and optimize experiments across the full user funnelExcellent analytical skills and data interpretation ability(Preferred) Experience in using AI tools for marketing automation or content generation(Bonus) English proficiency for cross-functional collaborationWhy Join Mobilina?Opportunity to grow AI-powered apps across global marketsFast-moving, creative, and data-driven startup environmentCollaborate with a world-class AI and product teamCompetitive salary, performance bonuses, and stock option opportunities
