And starting to take over.What We’re Looking For✔️ 3-8 years of experience in growth, marketing, sales, consulting or agency recruiting.✔️ Proven track record of scaling revenue and user adoption through structured growth playbooks.✔️ Bias for action - Fast-moving and execution-focused.✔️ Experience collaborating with product-led growth models or self-serve SaaS is a plus✔️ Preference for candidates based in Belgium, though we are open to exceptional remote talent.What You’ll DoYou will work side by side with one of the co-founders, driving growth initiatives and testing new hypotheses.✔️Sales ownership – closing deals, running demos, handling objections, pricing negotiations.✔️Sales process optimization – Make sure reps are working the right deals at the right time.✔️Pipeline acceleration – Identifying funnel drop-offs and optimizing conversion.✔️Outbound marketing – Cold outreach and email.✔️Live events & webinars – Confident in setting these up from scratch.✔️Inbound marketing – Paid ads, SEO, content, and social to attract leads.✔️Marketing automation – Email nurture, retargeting, lead scoring.What We Offer✔️ Have strong ownership over growth strategy and execution.✔️ Competitive salary and generous stock options.✔️ Work with a 10x engineering team that has your back, building an unparalleled product with real momentum (averaging +30% monthly growth)✔️ Travel the world when it helps you close deals, with our US office opening in 2026.About the interview process1.
