And starting to take over.What We’re Looking For✔️ Proven experience in growth, content, or inbound marketing.✔️ Deep understanding of SEO and how to build traffic that converts.✔️ Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills - you know how to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.✔️ Experience collaborating with product-led growth models or self-serve SaaS is a plus.✔️ Preference for candidates based in Belgium, though we are open to exceptional remote talent.What You’ll DoYou will work side by side with one of the co-founders, driving growth initiatives and testing new hypotheses.✔️ Define our ICP – pinpoint who we’re selling to, their pains, goals, and KPIs.✔️ Shape positioning & messaging – craft the core story and what makes us different.✔️ Enable sales – create battle cards, pitch decks, and objection-handling docs.✔️ Build case studies – turn customer wins into compelling proof points.✔️ Drive inbound marketing – lead SEO, content, paid ads, and social to attract leads.✔️ Run outbound campaigns – craft and test multi-channel outbound campaigns.✔️ Host live events & webinars – build community and generate early-stage demand.✔️ Automate marketing – design nurture flows, retargeting, and lead-scoring systems.What We Offer✔️ Have strong ownership over growth strategy and execution.✔️ Competitive salary and generous stock options.✔️ Work with a 10x engineering team that has your back, building an unparalleled product with real momentum (averaging +30% monthly growth)✔️ Travel the world when it helps you close deals, with our US office opening in 2026.About the interview process1.
