This important position involves leading HR practices across different regions and aligning them with global strategies. You will play a key role in fostering a strong company culture and driving change in a flexible hybrid work setting.Key Responsibilities:- Work with international HR teams to set and implement HR goals that match global priorities.- Lead efforts to drive organizational and cultural change to improve business efficiency.- Develop and guide a successful HR team, focusing on achieving goals and personal development.- Keep up with legal changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement strategies.- Use data insights to improve HR processes and strategies.- Oversee talent acquisition and management, focusing on effective onboarding and retention.- Manage employee benefits and wellness programs to keep them current and competitive.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- At least 8 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.- Skilled in various HR functions like employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development.- Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.- Proven ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships.- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analysis and reporting.- HR Certification such as CIPD or HRCI.- Experience in a global HR role within the B2B services sector.
