Job Description

Objectives of the Position:To lead the strategic development of HR services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing the overall employee experience. To oversee the creation and execution of frameworks that support the successful delivery of HR services, focusing on portfolio setup, transformation initiatives, and functional process design. Accountable for fostering collaboration across functions and regions, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement in HR service delivery. Responsibilities:HR Strategic PlanningSupport the development and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and improving service qualities, including identification of short-term, mid-term and long-term goals, objectives, and action plans to enable organization’s growth and success. Conduct thorough analysis of the People Services HR units (hub, local countries/ locations), governance requirements, and practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Portfolio Setup and DevelopmentLead the establishment and enhancement of the HR service portfolio, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization and aligns with strategic objectives. Identify and define foundational, standard, and differentiated services within the HR portfolio to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Collaborate with HR leaders to continuously assess and refine the service offerings based on feedback and changing organizational needs. Transformation Projects and InitiativesDrive transformation projects and initiatives within HR, focusing on innovative solutions that enhance service delivery and employee experience. Conduct thorough analyses of current HR practices and identify opportunities for transformation to align with best practices and industry standards. Facilitate the implementation of new technologies and processes that support the transformation of HR services. Functional Process Design and SteeringOversee the design and optimization of HR processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational objectives. Develop and implement frameworks for functional process design that promote consistency, scalability, and quality across HR services. Provide guidance and support to process experts in the development of operational workflows and performance metrics. Connect and Align Across Functions and RegionsFoster collaboration and alignment among HR teams, corporate functions, and regional units to ensure cohesive service delivery and strategic alignment. Facilitate regular communication and knowledge sharing among stakeholders to promote best practices and enhance the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Identify and address challenges related to cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that HR services support the broader organizational strategy. Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, senior management, and organizational development counterparts. Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored HR solutions that meet business needs. Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and enhance the overall effectiveness of HR services. Budget / Resource ManagementPlan, develop, and manage budgets for own unit, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and cost-effectiveness. Monitor and control HR expenditure to ensure they align with strategic objectives and deliver optimal return on investment. People LeadershipLead a team of experts, staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in HR while recommending changes or improvements to HR processes and digital solutions. Demonstrate corporate values of Creative, Open, Responsible, and Entrepreneurial (CORE) in people leadership practices. Collaborate with units and leaders in People Services HR to identify organizational development needs, designing and implementing strategies for training, succession planning, and change management. Foster a culture of continuous learning and encourage team members to explore new concepts and trends in their respective areas, while committing to the coaching and development of the team to ensure high performance. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Min 10 years experience in HR management, strategic planning, or a related area, with a focus on process improvement and transformation initiatives. Min 3 years in Shared Services industry. Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong emphasis on developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture. Deep understanding of HR processes, best practices, and emerging trends relevant to the supported region. Proficiency in HR technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives. Strong project management skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
