Position: HR HeadLocation: Kathmandu, NepalExperience Required: Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in HR Management with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.Position Purpose:The HR Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall HR strategy, operations, and people development initiatives to align with the company’s business goals. This role involves overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR LeadershipDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.Partner with senior management to design workforce planning and succession strategies.Promote an employee-centric culture focused on engagement, productivity, and retention.2. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionOversee full-cycle recruitment and ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.Implement employer branding and internal talent mobility initiatives.3. Performance ManagementDrive performance evaluation systems and ensure timely goal setting, appraisal, and feedback mechanisms.Identify performance improvement needs and design interventions accordingly.4. Compensation & BenefitsDevelop and manage competitive compensation structures and incentive plans.Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee benefits administration.5. Learning & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and design capacity-building programs.Foster leadership development and continuous learning culture.6. Employee Relations & EngagementMaintain positive employee relations and handle grievances with fairness and transparency.Lead engagement activities, internal communications, and welfare initiatives.7. Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure compliance with Labour Act 2074 and other statutory regulations.Update HR policies and procedures as per organizational and legal requirements.8. HR Operations & AnalyticsManage HRIS systems, reporting, and analytics for informed decision-making.Oversee attendance, leave, and HR documentation processes efficiently.Qualifications & Skills:Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (preferred).Strong knowledge of Nepal Labour Laws, HR best practices, and organizational policies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic mindset with hands-on operational expertise.Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.Preferred Attributes:High integrity, professionalism, and ability to influence leadership teams.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Passion for building an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture.
