You’ll drive talent acquisition, culture, organizational design, and HR infrastructure across multiple regions - ensuring we continue to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent across engineering, manufacturing, and leadership disciplines.This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the human capital backbone of a mission-critical, high-growth global company at the intersection of technology, defense, and manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Strategy & Leadership - Design and execute a global HR strategy aligned with rapid growth across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial operations.Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand - Build scalable hiring processes and strengthen our global employer brand, particularly across the EU, UK, US, and Baltic/Nordic/Polish regions.Organizational Development - Shape org design, performance frameworks, and leadership development to support a high-performance culture.Compensation & Compliance - Oversee global compensation, benefits, and employment compliance across multiple jurisdictions.Culture & Engagement - Foster a values-driven, inclusive, and hybrid-friendly work culture that empowers innovation and collaboration.HR Operations & Data - Implement efficient HR systems, processes, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and scalability.Qualifications & Experience5-12 years of HR leadership experience in global, high-growth, or complex organizations, ideally in Defense-Tech, Aerospace, or Advanced Manufacturing.Proven success building HR infrastructure and people operations across multiple countries.Deep understanding of European employment law, and experience managing cross-border teams.Track record of leading through scale-up or transformation phases.Fluency in English required; proficiency in one or more of Baltic, Nordic, or Polish languages strongly preferred.Personal AttributesStrategic and hands-on leader - comfortable switching between vision and execution.Strong cross-cultural communicator with a global mindset.High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and classified matters.Passionate about mission-driven work and building people-first organizations at scale.Why Join UsShape the people and culture foundation of a global Defense-Tech leader on a massive growth trajectory.Collaborate with world-class engineers, researchers, and leaders redefining the future of defense technology.Enjoy hybrid flexibility, a competitive package, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on a company with global reach and purpose.
