Job Description

Head of Human Resources - TAG Heuer KoreaThis is a strategic HR leadership role overseeing all people matters for our business in Korea. As a close partner to the Regional HR Director and General Manager, you will lead the full HR agenda—from talent strategy and cultural engagement to employee relations and operational delivery. With a strong focus on retail, this role plays a key part in shaping our organizational capability, building leadership pipelines, and fostering a culture aligned with our brand values.

Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR LeadershipPartner closely with the General Manager and Regional HR to define and execute the people strategy for KoreaTranslate business priorities into actionable HR plans that enable growth, especially in retailDrive organization effectiveness and support change initiativesTalent & Capability DevelopmentLead talent reviews, succession planning, and development programs to build strong internal pipelinesStrengthen leadership capabilities at all levels, with emphasis on retail frontline and mid-managementCoach and challenge leaders to foster a high-performance cultureCulture & EngagementChampion employee engagement and initiatives that promote collaboration, inclusivity, and brand valuesDrive communications and feedback loops that ensure employee voice and well-beingSupport managers in building strong, motivated, and connected teamsEmployee Relations & HR GovernanceManage complex ER issues and internal investigations with professionalism and risk awarenessEnsure compliance with Korean labor law and internal policiesMaintain a fair and consistent approach in handling workplace mattersHR Operations & Team LeadershipOversee HR operations, recruitment, compensation, and learning in partnership with Centers of ExpertiseLead and develop the local HR team to ensure strong execution and stakeholder managementContinuously improve HR processes and ways of working for greater impactProfile10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in retail or consumer-facing sectors Background in luxury retail—especially within fashion, watches & jewelry, or cosmetics—is highly preferred Strong track record in HR business partnering, organizational change, and talent development Experience supporting retail network expansion or business transformation, including new store openings and workforce scale-up High level of integrity, discretion, and maturity in handling confidential matters and navigating sensitive HR situations Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in employee relations and Korean labor law Skilled in working across functions and in matrix/global environments Fluent in Korean and English; confident communicator and strong stakeholder manager
