Head of Internal Control - Manufacturing

Job descriptionA FMCG company is looking for Head of Internal Control. The successful candidate will be in charge of the overall internal control activities.Key Responsibilities:Review and evaluate business-owned policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure alignment, completeness, and adequate internal control coverage across all functions.Assess the effectiveness of internal control practices through detective control reviews, identify improvement areas, and monitor the progress of implemented actions to ensure sustainability.Collaborate with business operations (up to Head-of level) to address control-related matters such as internal control reviews, clarification of conflict-of-interest declarations, and closing audit-identified control gaps.Develop and maintain a standard control catalogue for key business processes to facilitate control self-assessment across departments.Maintain and regularly update the Schedule of Authority profile assignments and provide advisory support on governance-related policies such as Code of Conduct, Information Safeguarding, and Gift & Entertainment guidelines.Support the Head of Internal Control in creating and executing a comprehensive work plan to enhance the reliability of financial reporting, operational effectiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations.Perform other assigned duties to support internal control and governance initiatives.Job RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or Finance/Business Operations.Background in the Manufacturing or FMCG industry.Strong command of both English and Thai languages.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.Professional certifications such as CIA or CPA are a plus.Apply today or send CV to sirada.t@cornerstoneglobalpartners.com
