This is a 9 month fixed-term role, however we are also happy to offer this as a secondment opportunity across government.At RSH you’ll be joining an organisation that gives you the opportunity to make a difference to people’s lives, regulating a sector that houses 4 million people across England.About The RoleYou will lead on the development, implementation and management of our digital and data strategy. This will include management of our 3rd party provided digital services and identifying functional system and equipment requirements and improvements.You will work closely with our external service provider and other areas of the organisation to ensure that our digital services can support the regulator in meeting its objectives. You will champion the ongoing improvement of digital services, working collaboratively across the organisation to gain in depth understanding of digital needs, identifying suitable options.About YouAs the successful candidate you will have a strong IT background, with experience of working in a business facing role, developing in depth knowledge of business processes. You will also have experience of building, influencing and maintaining key relationships, ideally both internally and externally to the organisation.You will have a passion for technology, with a strong understanding of digital products and technologies, particularly Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure, as well as experience with cloud based SAAS platforms.
