This role involves managing a team of 20, working with teams in the Asia-Pacific region and global headquarters, and leading digital transformation projects. It's a chance to guide a skilled IT team and help drive innovation and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business growth and improve efficiency.- Oversee IT operations to ensure they meet business needs, maintaining high quality and security standards.- Manage IT budgets and resources, finding ways to save costs through regular reviews.- Work with AP IT and HQ teams to apply global strategies and standards in Japan.- Build a strong IT team by promoting diversity and inclusion, and focusing on training and development.- Lead IT projects in Japan, ensuring they meet quality standards and integrate smoothly with regional and global IT systems.- Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.Qualifications:- More than 15 years of IT experience in an international environment, with significant management experience.- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and work with business leaders.- Experience in developing digital strategies that align with business goals.- Strong knowledge of IT service management, cybersecurity, and digital technologies in healthcare.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a history of building strong partnerships.
