Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Governance & Policy: Develop and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in compliance with OIC, SEC, PDPA, ISO 27001.IT Operations: Lead day-to-day IT services, including core insurance platforms, helpdesk, and customer-facing apps. Ensure SLA compliance and continuous improvement.Infrastructure & Cloud: Manage hybrid cloud strategy (Azure, AWS, VMware), modernize legacy systems, and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity.Cybersecurity & Risk: Own cybersecurity roadmap, manage threat detection, response frameworks, security tools, and liaise with regulators and auditors.IT Procurement & Vendors: Lead IT procurement, budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management to optimize cost and performance.Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary IT teams, align IT operations with business needs, and collaborate with digital transformation and application teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).10–15 years in IT with 5+ years in senior leadership, preferably in life insurance or financial services.Proven experience in IT governance, hybrid cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations in regulated environments.Preferred certifications: ITIL, COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, Cloud (Azure/AWS), CISSP, CISM.Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
