Plus, ProtoPie won no.1 Advanced Prototyping tool in the UX Tools 2022 Design Tools Survey.[Head of Legal]Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced legal manager to help manage the legal affairs of our global business, foster positive investor relations, and support management in areas such as compliance, corporate governance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will take ownership of key responsibilities, leveraging internal and external resources to ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and organizational goals.Responsibilities[Legal Expertise]Lead all contract review and negotiation processes, setting risk parameters and ensuring consistency across commercial agreements.Direct the strategic development and maintenance of standard legal templates in collaboration with in-house counsel.Establish and govern the contract repository, ensuring robust tracking of critical contractual obligations and key dates.Provide advanced legal support and counsel for complex, ad-hoc departmental issues.[Corporate Governance & Investor Relations]Manage the full preparation and flawless execution of Board and Shareholder meetings, ensuring regulatory compliance.Oversee Investor Relations (IR) legal support, ensuring timely, accurate, and legally sound responses to investor inquiries and disclosures.Direct the legal review and strategic contribution to quarterly/annual reports and all investor communications (in collaboration with Finance/HR).Drive the strategic update and implementation of internal policies and manuals to ensure continuous alignment with global and local regulatory best practices.Own the monitoring framework for company adherence to all relevant global regulations and local laws.[Leadership]Serve as the primary liaison and strategic manager for external counsel, controlling legal spend and billing processes.Mentor and develop legal team members, delegating tasks and fostering professional growth.RequirementsMustBachelor’s degree in Law or a related fieldMinimum 7 year of work experience in legal operations, legal administration, or a related function (paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred)Strong proficiency in English (80%+ of work would be performed in English)Excellent organizational and project management skillsProven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environmentPlusLicense to practice law in UK / Canada / AustraliaWorking knowledge of both Korean and U.S. lawsFamiliarity with SaaS businessPrior experience in investor relations and/or working in a multi-national environment.How We Work 💪Team ProtoPie Works with 5 Company Values1.
