You’ll work closely with the Group CEO and executive team, guiding the business through an evolving regulatory environment while enabling growth and innovation in new financial markets.What You’ll DoLead and execute the organisation’s legal and governance strategy across multiple markets and business lines.Advise senior leadership on complex legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across fintech and digital innovation.Oversee commercial negotiations, partnerships, corporate transactions, and product launches.Establish scalable frameworks for licensing, risk management, and regulatory engagement.Monitor market developments and emerging regulations, ensuring the business stays ahead of industry change.Manage relationships with external counsel and regulators across jurisdictions.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing legal team that operates with integrity, agility, and commercial acumen.What You’ll BringLL.B or Juris Doctor (qualified in a major jurisdiction).15+ years of legal experience, with at least 8 in a senior leadership capacity within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.Strong foundation in financial regulation, capital markets, corporate finance, or investment-related matters.Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills and the ability to balance innovation with compliance.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential to work across different geographies; other languages a plus.Why This RoleJoin an organisation that is driving transformation in finance and sustainable technology.
