We provide security advice and guidance to leaders of operational sites and functions, including Sales and Logistics. The programme must foster a culture of risk awareness through robust protocols, regular audits, and actionable advice. It also supports crisis management, fraud prevention, and safe business activities. Key areas of focus include:Risk Assessment and Advice: Analyse potential security threats, including regulatory changes and geopolitical factors, evaluate their impact on business functions, and provide actionable advice to mitigate risks and enhance security protocols.Sales Team and Retail Security Support: Conduct security assessments, provide guidelines to field staff, and develop data-driven programmes with dynamic heat maps.Logistics Security: Evaluate and enhance the security of cargo transport by assessing trucking companies, logistics routes, and sites, and provide regular reports.Marketing Events Security: Conduct security evaluations for market events and ensure capable third-party security resources are booked.Fraud and Investigations: Safeguard assets by identifying, investigating, and analysing fraudulent activities, and develop strategies to prevent future fraud. This includes tracking payment flows, vendor activity, and procurement processes.Security Support for Crisis Management: Integrate security risks into annual assessments, support crisis exercises, maintain mass communication systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive incident response.Travel Security Management: Conduct comprehensive assessments of travel security risks and implement robust mitigation plans on a national scale.Management of Security Technologies and Contracts: Implement optimal security technologies and monitor contract performance.This role demands a blend of business acumen and security risk analysis to deliver effective security solutions. The ideal candidate will be an adept communicator and influencer, capable of collaborating with various partners to ensure comprehensive market security.What You Need To SucceedEducation and Certifications:Bachelor’s Degree: Required in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field.Preferred Certifications – National Equivalents Will Be ConsideredCertified Fraud Examiner: Highly preferred with 2 years of operational experience.Physical Security Professional: (ASIS PSP) Validates expertise in security management.TAPA Facility Security Auditor: (TAPA FSA): Confirms proficiency in facility security protocols as certified by the Transported Asset protection Association.Transport/Logistics Security Certification: Focuses on securing transportation and logistics operations.任职条件:ExperienceMinimum of 2 Years: Relevant experience in corporate security or risk management, preferably in fast-paced sectors like FMCG, logistics, or manufacturing.Security Risk Assessment Expertise: Proven track record in identifying vulnerabilities and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.Contribution to Security Programs: Significant experience in national security programs, including technology deployment and logistics security.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience coordinating with internal teams (Safety/Health, IT, HR, Legal, Supply Chain) in multinational organizations to address and resolve security challenges.SkillsRisk Management: Assess and manage diverse security threats across global operations.Communication: Align stakeholders around security priorities.Financial Intelligence: Analyse financial activity to detect risks, fraud, or illicit behaviour.Regulatory Expertise: Ensure compliance with international laws, standards, and controls.Technology Integration: Apply modern tech to strengthen security operations and decision-making.Language SkillTo effectively address security challenges, excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for fostering collaboration across teams and facilitating clear communication.
