You will have access to corporate welfare programs, dedicated benefits, and tailored training paths to support your continuous professional development.In this strategic position as Head of Marketing International within the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating marketing activities across international markets, with the goal of driving brand growth, increasing market share, and ensuring consistent global brand positioning.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the global marketing strategy for Bauli International, ensuring brand coherence and local relevance across key regions (Europe, North America, LATAM, Asia, and GCC).Translate strategy into actionable go-to-market plans, balancing global consistency with local insights.Partner with R&D, Operations, and Sales to launch new products internationally, aligning innovation pipelines with consumer trends and market opportunities.Build and lead a world-class marketing team, developing talent and embedding an entrepreneurial, performance-driven culture.Oversee global communication, media, and digital strategies, guiding agencies and local partners to strengthen brand equity and engagement -- all following the brand guidelines already set for the chosen brand.Work with our consumer and market intelligence lead, identifying growth opportunities, portfolio gaps, and emerging needs.Co-own pricing and portfolio strategy with international commercial teams, ensuring profitability and competitive positioning.Manage the international marketing budget, optimizing investment and measuring ROI.Represent marketing in global leadership forums, influencing strategic choices and cross-functional priorities.Requirements10–15+ years of experience in brand or marketing leadership roles, including substantial international exposure within FMCG / Food & Beverage companies.
