If so, we have the next career opportunity for you!Reporting into the Commercial Director, the Head of Marketing for AB Neo will manage the global marketing strategy during an exciting expansion phase for the business. You'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support our growth objectives across multiple countries. Leading a skilled marketing team comprising regional leads based in key European locations, you will ensure strategic alignment, provide clear direction, and empower your team to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and execute global marketing strategies, identifying market opportunities and expanding reach across regionsLead the AB Neo marketing team to deliver strategic campaigns with clear direction, support, and execution excellenceWork closely with the commercial leadership, sales teams, and technical experts to translate market insights into actionable strategies that support business growth and enhance our competitive positioning in the feed and additives sectors.Align marketing initiatives with commercial and sales teams to enhance business growth and competitive positioningOwn brand management and positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and market relevance across all regionsReport on marketing performance and market insights to senior management, translating data into strategic recommendationsTravel regularly (at least one week per month on average) to attend events/meetings, engage with teams, stakeholders, and partners across regionsWhat We're Looking ForDemonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies across multiple countries with deep expertise in market positioning and competitive landscapesEstablished expertise in brand management and the execution of campaigns, showcasing proficiency in guiding marketing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholdersStakeholder management in multinational environments, collaborating effectively with commercial, sales, technical, and senior leadershipStrategic thinker who translates market data and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations that lead to increased business growthBusiness English language, both spoken and writtenThis is a remote working role, with flexibility in location as long as AB Agri has an entity in your country, AB Neo has sites based in Spain, Poland, Denmark and UK. Salary for this role is to be benchmarked per country you are in, please ensure you share accurate salary expectations in your application.You will be required to maintain regular engagement with your global team and stakeholders through office visits and travel across the regions where we operate.
