This role will drive brand growth, strengthen market positioning, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives across retail, digital, and e-commerce channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goalsLead brand positioning, campaigns, and customer engagement initiativesManage external agencies (creative, media, digital, and social media)Drive digital marketing and social media strategy to support retail and e-commerce growthEnsure consistent brand identity across all marketing channelsMonitor campaign performance, analytics, and marketing ROICollaborate with leadership, retail, and e-commerce teams to drive business growthRequirements7+ years of experience in Marketing with leadership responsibilityStrong experience in brand strategy and agency managementProven track record of delivering high-impact marketing campaignsDeep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and customer engagementExperience in retail or fashion industry is highly preferredStrong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
