By embracing varying perspectives, we allow creativity and progress to flourish.To accelerate towards our goal of becoming the pioneering force powering the energy system of tomorrow, we are now looking for a passionate and skilled Head of Marketing and Communications.👩💻 About The RoleThe Head of Marketing and Communications is responsible for shaping and executing Flower’s global marketing and communication strategy to drive growth, market expansion, and brand positioning. This role plays a critical part in positioning Flower as a leader in its sector, strengthening credibility and recognition across both internal and external audiences.What You’ll DoDevelop and lead Flower’s marketing and communications strategy in close alignment with the company’s commercial and corporate objectives.Oversee aspects of brand development, ensuring a strong, consistent, and leading identity across markets.Support international expansion by designing and implementing localized marketing and communications strategies tailored to audiences.Build integrated marketing campaigns that support product launches, partnerships, and market entriesCoordinate corporate communications, including internal communication, media relations, public affairs, etc.Lead Flower’s employer branding strategy, positioning the company as an attractive employer for top talent, in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders such as People & Culture team. Promote Flower’s mission, values, and culture through creative storytelling and campaigns.Develop and lead the coordination of internal and external events and PR activities that enhance Flower’s industry presence. Managing and optimizing Flower’s social media presence, including monitoring performance and providing insights to guide content and channel strategy. Establish marketing processes, OKRs, and reporting routines to ensure efficiency and transparency.Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and strategic partners.Who You Are7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, ideally within a high-growth, international context.Proven experience managing international expansion and executing go-to-market strategies in multiple regions.Strong track record of collaborating with commercial and sales functions to achieve measurable business outcomes.Demonstrated success in corporate communications, media relations, and reputation management.Experience developing and executing employer branding and internal engagement strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy and execution.Strong communication and storytelling skills, with fluency in English and Swedish.Leadership experience managing teams and external partners.📍 LocationOur beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station.
