Team Leadership / People Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team. Set clear goals and objectives for team members and ensure alignment with overall company objectives. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.Brand and Digital Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity. Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, print, and events. Monitor brand performance and sentiment and adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing communications.Product Sales Growth and Profitability: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to drive product sales and achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to optimize product profitability. Track and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.Sell Out and Other Trade Activities: Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to develop and execute trade marketing programs and initiatives. Negotiate and manage partnerships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders. Monitor and analyze sell-out data to identify trends and opportunities to increase sales.Budget Management and Relevant Reporting: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives. Track expenses and ensure spending is within budgetary constraints. Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, including ROI analysis, campaign effectiveness, and key metrics.E-commerce and Other Digital Activation: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the digital shopping experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance, including user experience, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. Lead digital marketing initiatives, including PPC advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies and integrate them into marketing strategies where relevant.The position is an onsite position based in Selangor, Malaysia.How do we describe a perfect match?Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in consumer marketing with at least 5 years of people managerial experienceSolid experience in Digital Marketing preferredUnderstanding of marketing budgets, pricing structures, financial metrics to effectively allocate resources and maximize product profitabilityStrategic thinking skills are essential for identifying market opportunities, evaluating marketing trends and best practicesFluent and highly proficient English communicator (reading, writing, presenting)Great skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel are neededSelf-motivated, multitasking, strong attention to details, creative, positive attitude, solid work ethic, excellent organization, and ability to build cross-functional relationships, possess strong communication and teamwork skillsAdvanced presentation skill is required.
