This strategic step strenghtens our long-term commitment and enabling us to further build our omnichannel brand with a strong local presenceAs the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible is for leading the local marketing strategy and execution to build and strengthen brand presence, drive omni performance, and ensure alignment with regional direction from Head Office in the Netherlands. All aspects of local marketing — from retail activation, social media, partnerships, campaign and media management— ensuring that global brand strategies are effectively adapted to the local market. Managing a small team and external agencies, you work closely with the Director of Marketing in the matrix, Head of Retail and the Managing Director to deliver measurable business and brand growth and exceptional in-store and customer experiences.Responsibilities:Local Brand and Marketing StrategyAdapt the global brand strategy to the local contextDevelop and execute annual 360 marketing plans that build brand awareness, drive (e) store traffic, and increase market share.Brand ActivationLead the planning and execution of local brand activation campaigns — including in-store activations, promotions, product launches and store openings.Collaborate closely with retail commercial and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive footfall and conversion.Campaign, Medi & PartnershipsManage local media planning and buying across traditional and digital channels, optimizing for reach and ROI.Identify and activate local media and brand partnerships to generate trial & raise brand awarenessPR & SocialLead PR events and coverage initiatives, manage relationships with the PR agency, and enhance media relations to boost brand visibility.Design, implement, and manage comprehensive programs for influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance engagement and brand advocacy.Market Insights & Performance ReportingAnalyze local market trends, competitor activity, and shopper insights to guide decision-making.Track and report key performance indicators (sales uplift, campaign effectiveness, traffic, brand awareness).Bring all of youHigh on energy, low on ego with a little bit of humor.
