Finan is building Southeast Asia’s leading AI-powered business platform to help micro and small business (SMEs) manage, operate, and grow with confidence. Our flagship products:SoBanHang – Vietnam’s #1 POS and business management app for micro merchants and household businesses.FinanBook – a modern financial management and bookkeeping platform empowering SMEs with smart banking and accounting automation.We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and scale our multi-brand marketing strategy across SoBanHang and FinanBook. This role is both strategic and hands-on — responsible for brand positioning, growth marketing, content, and communications to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and market leadership.You will build and lead a high-performance marketing team covering: Digital Marketing, Brand & Content, Community & PR, Performance Growth, and AI Automation Strategy# Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & LeadershipOwn the overall marketing strategy and budget for both SoBanHang and FinanBook.Translate business goals into clear marketing OKRs, funnel metrics, and growth targets.Build and lead a strong in-house team and partner network (media, KOLs, agencies).Shape brand architecture and ensure consistent narrative across both products under the FinanOne ecosystem.2. Growth & Digital PerformanceDrive digital acquisition and conversion through paid, organic, and social channels (Meta, Google, Zalo, TikTok, SEO, and App Store).Lead funnel optimization from awareness to activation, with strong tracking via analytics tools.Test and scale new channels (referral, influencer, affiliate, bank/telco co-marketing).Work closely with Product and Sales to align marketing automation and CRM flows.3. Brand, Content, and CommunityDefine and maintain a compelling brand voice and visual identity for SBH and FinanBook.Lead storytelling and campaigns that build trust with small businesses and position us as the most loved SME platform in Vietnam.Develop strong social, community, and PR presence (Facebook groups, fanpages, LinkedIn, press, partnerships).Oversee all creative content: digital assets, videos, copywriting, and thought leadership.4. Product & Partner MarketingCollaborate with Product and BD teams to launch new features, partnerships, and financial products (POS + e-invoice, FinanCard, bank integrations).Lead co-marketing with partners (banks, telcos, accounting firms, government programs).Support GTM of strategic initiatives like ND70 rollout, FinanBook x Bank partnership, or merchant credit programs.5.
