Job Description

The Head of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all non-gaming sales and marketing efforts across the hotel, food & beverage (F&B), entertainment, and onboard retail. This role focuses on revenue generation, brand positioning, and customer acquisition strategies to maximize occupancy, onboard guest engagement, and overall ship revenue. The Sales & Marketing Manager will collaborate with the gaming marketing team.Key Responsibilities including directly overseeing, and / managing a team to oversee:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue across hotel, F&B, entertainment, and onboard retail.Work closely with the gaming marketing team to align promotions and cross-marketing opportunities.Manage advertising campaigns, loyalty programs, and guest engagement initiatives.Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, cruise partners, and corporate clients.Oversee sales operations, including group bookings, event sponsorships, and cruise package promotions.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing tactics.Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials, digital content, and branding efforts.Implement data-driven marketing techniques to optimize customer acquisition and retention.Supervise onboard sales teams, ensuring training and performance meet corporate objectives.Analyze sales data and generate reports for senior management.Key Requirements & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality, cruise, or maritime industries.Strong understanding of customer engagement, loyalty programs, and onboard guest experiences.Experience with digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation.Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, shipboard environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM software, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with insurance coveragePerformance-based incentives.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and references to join@dgcruises.com.
