Job Description:Ocean Competency CenterAccording to customer information and service requirement to define the pricing strategy of Country Lead RFQChoose suitable carrier and service to quote a competitive rate with reasonable profits added in our services and products. Analyse the win or loss reason for RFQ and discuss with product heads for further improvementDeliver to implementation team with all primal pricing ideasCarrier contact/negotiation (OFR) locally according agreed China OFR carrier strategyMonitor QUOTESHOP hit ratio via competitive/complete M level rate filingBC Segment DevelopmentDrives development and execution of local trade lane plans via RDM’s across all OFR products, according to focus Trade lanes defined by Trade ManagementPropose simplified local value proposition development as relevant from product and/or trade perspectiveFocus on target customers volume/GP increasement from product and/or trade perspective together with local OFR product heads, Trade Management and M & SMonitor STP with M&S and local OFR products heads closelyPeople ManagementDevelop a culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness.Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team.Plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective function.Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.Conduct performance appraisal, including coachingIdentify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional team.Monitors compliance of country OCC to global pricing standards and makes needed changesJob requirements:At least 5 years of logistic pricing related field.Clear result orientation and commercial mindsetStrategic but action-oriented mindset which contributes to businessStrong commercial sense and motivation to serve the customerGood negotiator, always having the aspired goal in mindNeeds to be able to manage functional teams virtuallyExcellent networking abilities and impeccable interpersonal approachFeels comfortable in a corporate environmentLikes to make decisions with big impact to the networkReadiness to coach people and likes to work across culturesExcellent knowledge of OFR productExcellent knowledge about OFR marketGood knowledge of OFR operation flowGood knowledge of Gateway handling flowGood knowledge of statisticsLogical thinking
