Head of Operations & Business Excellence

This site plays a key role in global manufacturing and is committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.Role Overview:We are seeking a Business Excellence Site Head to lead the Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Project Management Office (PMO) functions. This leadership role drives site-wide strategy, process improvement, and project execution, reporting directly to the Site Leadership Team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the OpEx and PMO teams.Manage strategic projects, ensuring alignment with site and global business priorities.Monitor compliance with regulatory, safety, and corporate policies.Collaborate on setting and delivering departmental goals.Track and report on key performance indicators and manage departmental budgets.Build strategic relationships with internal/external stakeholders.Promote a culture of continuous improvement.Implement business excellence tools to support efficiency and performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.10+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with strategic project leadership experience.5+ years in project management.2+ years of people management experience.Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and cross-functional operations.
