Head of Operations Excellence FMCGColombo 03Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related fields; master's degree or MBA preferred.10-15+ years leading operational/excellence functions in dairy, FMCG, or food processing industries, with international exposure.Proven expertise in LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen, work study, work measurement, and industrial engineering practices.Experience in developing and implementing flexible operating models based on macroeconomic variables.Strong background in Industry 4.0, automation, digital transformation, and data analytics.What We Provide This role will be based in Colombo, with a requirement to spend a minimum of three (03) days per week at the factory.
