Iron Mountain is seeking a highly experienced Head of Operations to join our Operations team in Thailand.In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing all operational aspects in Thailand, driving cost-effectiveness, ensuring compliance, and delivering world-class service quality and productivity across warehouse and transportation units.The Operations team is the core of our physical and digital services, responsible for strategic planning and execution that meets both client requirements and rigorous internal standards for efficiency, security, and quality.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:Drive Operational Strategy and Efficiency: Analyze, plan, and implement updated operations methodology and processes to ensure daily operation is more cost-effective and overall efficient, meeting operational goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business targets for service quality and cost of sales.Ensure Compliance, Safety, and Quality: Maintain a safe, secure, healthy, and risk-mitigated working environment, ensuring compliance with all local regulatory requirements, security, and occupational health and safety policies, and ensuring all operations adhere to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) manual.Lead Change and Project Management: Lead, manage, and motivate the Operations team, implement and integrate major change projects (e.g., Acquisition, Integration, Property relocation) through effective sponsorship, and provide guidance and training to all Operations Managers and frontline teams.What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:Seven or more years of experience in Operations Management, including a minimum of four years in a leadership role within the record management or logistics industry.Strong knowledge of strategic account management, sales process, and solution sellingProven ability in strategic thinking, problem solving, and project and process management skills, including experience managing Safety, Quality, and Risk Management programs.Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics/Warehousing Management, or equivalent experience in a related industry.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience.Number of days - paid time off/ holidaysFlexible work options/alternative work options to support work–life balance.Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.Call to ActionIf you are a strategic and proven Head of Operations ready to lead a critical market and drive operational excellence in Thailand, apply to Iron Mountain today!
