This is a key leadership role for a commercially focused and people-oriented operator who can drive performance, strengthen systems, and lead multidisciplinary teams through a period of continued national expansion.The roleReporting to the CEO, this role oversees the firm’s operational functions spanning finance, technology, HR, marketing, business development, and administration. The Head of Operations will partner closely with senior leadership to improve efficiency, support growth initiatives, and align operational frameworks with strategic goals. This role will suit a calm, credible professional who combines commercial acumen with a collaborative, low-ego style and an ability to lead through influence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead operational excellence across finance, IT, HR, marketing, BD, and administration functions. Strengthen systems, reporting, and governance to support sustainable growth. Partner with senior leaders to execute strategic priorities and improve firm-wide performance. Build and mentor a high-performing operations team focused on service, quality, and accountability. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and banking relationships. Drive process improvement, technology enablement, and data-driven decision-making.
