Head of Operations (Treasury Settlements) – International Corporate BankLead end-to-end treasury settlements and global markets operations from the Hong Kong hub, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-efficient delivery across regions and products.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Leadership: Set operating strategy and target operating model; lead multi-location teams and vendors; drive automation and cost efficiency.Operations: Oversee trade lifecycle and daily settlements for FX, MM, , OTC derivatives, repos/securities lending, and collateral/margin; manage Asia cut-offs and follow-the-sun coverage.Risk and Control: Maintain strong first-line controls; ensure regulatory compliance (HKMA/SFC and global rules incl. EMIR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, SFTR); manage audits, BCP/DR, and operational resilience.Financials: Own budget and productivity; support new products/markets with scalable, compliant processes.Qualifications10–15+ years in markets/treasury operations; 5+ years leading cross-border teams.Deep settlements expertise across FX, MM, , OTC derivatives, and collateral.Strong HK regulatory/infrastructure knowledge; familiarity with global reporting regimes.Proven transformation and automation delivery; experience with key market utilities and systems.SkillsExecutive leadership, risk/control mindset, stakeholder influence, data-driven decision-making, change delivery, clear communication.LanguageEnglish required; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
