We partner with multiple UK universities and support students through every step of their application.About the Role:We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Operations to take ownership of our performance, systems, and day-to-day delivery across the business. You’ll manage our sales, admissions, and support teams ensuring consistent results, smooth processes, and measurable growth.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across sales, admissions, and support departmentsBuild and manage performance dashboards, KPIs, and reportsEnsure all applications are processed within agreed SLAsDrive process improvements through CRM and automationManage team leaders, admissions, and retention functionsReport weekly on performance, challenges, and solutionsSupport the CEO with planning, growth, and scaling initiativesYou’ll Need:Experience managing large teams in sales, education, or service environmentsStrong leadership and process improvement skillsData-driven mindset and CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred)Excellent communication and problem-solving abilityWhy Join: You’ll play a central role in scaling UACB Education building a system-driven, high-performance operation.
