Since Our Creation 2 Years Ago, We HaveRaised €14 million in seed funding led by EQT Ventures and Forgepoint CapitalBeen incubated both by Microsoft (genAI studio) and Meta (AI program)Deployed our solution to Global 500 companies and leading MSSPs in EMEA and NA (Equans, Nomios, Globalconnect, Almond)We’re now hiring a Head of Partnerships to build and scale Qevlar’s global ecosystem across MSSPs, technology alliances, and cloud providers.What Will You DoAs Head of Partnerships, you will design and execute Qevlar’s partnership ecosystem from the ground up. You’ll define partner strategy, strengthen MSSP and technology relationships, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, integrations, and revenue impact.Your Responsibilities Will IncludePartner Strategy & PrioritizationBuild a clear partnership framework to determine which partners matter, why, and in what orderSegment and prioritize the ecosystem: MSSPs, MDRs, SIEM/XDR/EDR/SOAR alliances, and cloud providersFocus on deep, repeatable adoption rather than superficial relationshipsMSSP & MDR GrowthBuild the MSSP partnership motion end-to-end: onboarding → enablement → service packaging → GTM → expansionEnable partners to successfully operationalize Qevlar inside production SOCsSupport partners in scaling Qevlar-based servicesTechnology AlliancesManage relationships with SIEM, XDR, EDR, and SOAR vendorsDevelop joint value propositions, reference architectures, and integration narrativesSupport co-marketing, partner GTM activities, and shared customer opportunitiesWork closely with Product to prioritize integrations based on customer and market impactCloud Providers (GCP, Azure, AWS)Build the foundation for co-sell motions with cloud security teamsLead marketplace listing strategy and executionPosition Qevlar within cloud security ecosystems and drive joint opportunity developmentPartner Enablement & Revenue ImpactBuild and own the partner enablement program (training, certification, sales collateral, demo flows)Define success metrics: sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, partner-led POVs, partner adoptionTrack partner performance and implement continuous improvement mechanismsInternal Leadership & Cross-Functional ExecutionAlign with Sales, Marketing, and Product on partner priorities and executionBring structure and governance to partner operations (reporting, QBRs, partner dashboards)Serve as the internal voice of partners — capturing ecosystem challenges, insights, and opportunitiesWho You AreWe’re seeking someone who can balance strategic clarity with hands-on execution, bringing structure, focus, and repeatability to our partner ecosystem in a fast-scaling environment.Requirements5–10 years in Partnerships, Alliances, or Channel roles at a cybersecurity or MSSP/MDR vendorProven track record building partner motions in a scaling companyStrong exposure to MSSPs and/or SIEM/XDR ecosystemsExperience with cloud provider programs is a strong plusStrong understanding of SOC operations and security toolchainsExcellent communication skills across technical, business, and executive stakeholdersAbility to build partner programs from scratch and scale them predictablyOperates well in Series A–style environments: high initiative, high accountabilityBonus pointsYou’ve built partnerships that directly drove revenueYou balance strategy with execution — ecosystem design and operational build-outYou understand MSSP economics, constraints, and delivery modelsWhy join usWork on meaningful problems with real-world impact in cybersecurityA high-impact leadership role where you directly shape Qevlar’s ecosystem and GTM strategyHelp build a product that’s making waves at the intersection of AI and securityA culture built on autonomy, ownership, speed, and creativityOpportunity for equity and early ownershipFlexibility on location — remote-friendly or join us in our beautiful Paris 9th arrondissement officeIf you’re excited about building high-leverage partnerships in the most transformative moment for AI in cybersecurity, we’d love to hear from you.Hiring processIntro CallLeadership InterviewCase StudyMeet the TeamAdditional InformationContract Type: Full-TimeLocation: Paris Possible partial remote
