Head of PartnershipsWe’re delighted to be partnering with a prominent sports property to help them appoint their next Head of Partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to play an instrumental role in the organisation's exciting transition into a global brand.The Role:As Head of Partnerships, you will take ownership of day-to-day partner management, leading strategic activation plans that deliver measurable value for partners and enhance the organisation's growing global profile.You’ll play a key role in shaping the partnership strategy, developing best-in-class activation, and ensuring that every collaboration contributes to the organisation's long-term commercial growth and fan engagement objectives.Key Responsibilities Include:Own and manage relationships with key global partners from onboarding through to renewal and expansion.Develop tailored partner strategies and activation plans that align the organisation's core pillars with each partner’s objectives.Oversee delivery of all contractual rights, maintaining live tracking and ensuring maximum activation value.Track performance and KPIs, producing regular reports and case studies in collaboration with data and insights teams.Serve as the senior point of contact for partners, providing strategic guidance and ensuring exceptional service standards.Deliver onboarding workshops and seasonal reviews to align expectations and foster collaborative success.Lead and inspire a small partnerships team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.Support commercial growth by contributing insights and ideas for new partnership proposals and opportunities.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience managing and activating partnerships in the sports industry.Strong understanding of the sponsorship landscape with a robust brand and agency network.A strong understanding of how sponsorship and commercial rights deliver brand objectives.Strong communication abilities, able to build trust and excitement across diverse stakeholders.Strategic thinking skills, with a passion for innovation and data-driven decision making.Strong commercial acumen.If this role is of interest, then please press the apply button and include a copy of your CV.We ask that applicants complete our diversity monitoring form.
