We believe in a responsible and safe mindset that takes care of our customers, products, and fellow employees.Join the resource revolution!Job DescriptionThe Head of Parts Supply Chain EMEA & Global Solutions plays a critical role in strengthening our commitment to becoming the benchmark in the industry for services by delivering best-in-class end-to-end management of spare parts for our advanced food processing machinery.This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, spare parts sales, parts availability, cost and long-term customer loyalty. It combines regional leadership; overseeing EMEA inventory, service response times, replenishment, and customer order management, with global responsibilities, including defining spare parts strategy, managing central procurement, owning the global parts catalogue and lifecycle, and driving forecast consolidation, inventory optimisation, and obsolescence planning.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance the supply chain triangle (cost, cash and service) for spare parts within EMEA and Globally.Operational Management: Oversees the complete supply chain activities for spare part business (in relation to procurement, replenishment, inventory management, warehousing, transportation and customer service).Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and Regional Supply Chains, Operations, Sales, Service, and Finance, to align supply chain processes with overall business strategies and objectives and support Group wide initiatives.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop diverse regional supply chain teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.Performance Monitoring: Set performance targets for the supply chain team and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure meeting goals as well as to define potential opportunities for improvement.Technology Integration: Implement and leverage advanced supply chain technologies and methodologies to: Improve efficiency and accuracy in Supply Chain, Manage increased complexity, improve customer service & Improve planning information towards operations.Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as applicable laws and customs & trade regulations.Promote a “Safety first” culture throughout the company, our customers, and our industry.Ensure adherence to safety and quality across all facets of our operation and customer deliveryEnsure the team works within agreed operating models, and ensure all decisions are made within agreed authority limits.Identify, implement and embed any Excellence initiatives to improve quality, performance and efficiency of the team to facilitate outstanding customer experience.QualificationsAbout You:Master degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent by experience; MBA or APICS certification preferred.15+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics with at least 5 years in a global leadership role preferably within industrial services’ spare parts environments.Strong operational excellence, process improvement and change management capabilities.In-depth knowledge of global supply chain processes, logistics, procurement, and supplier management.Excellent cross-functional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team and this within a matrix organisation.Proficiency in supply chain software and related technologies.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.Demonstrated ability to manage complex global supply chains and improve service levels under challenging availability conditions.Fluent in English and Dutch; additional European languages are a plus.Additional InformationHow to Apply:If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
