Engineering Project Leader

Location: Mariscala, Querétaro (Onsite)About the Role:We are seeking a resilient and proactive Engineering Project Leader to oversee capital projects related to production lines, equipment acquisition, and infrastructure development. This role requires strong project coordination skills, cost execution management, and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously (average of 8–10). The ideal candidate will have a critical eye for deliverables, strong communication skills, and experience working with contractors.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate engineering projects from planning to execution and deliveryManage project costs and execution plansApply PMI methodologies and basic AutoCAD skillsUse MS Project for scheduling and trackingOversee capital projects including new equipment purchases and building infrastructureEnsure successful implementation of processes that generate productsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractorsMust-Have Qualifications:Proven resilience and ability to work under pressureAssertive communication skillsExperience managing teams and interacting with contractorsStrong cost execution and budget management skillsAbility to handle multiple simultaneous projectsPreferred Qualifications:Negotiation and conflict resolution skillsExperience in consumer goods, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries Intermediate English proficiency (mandatory)
