This is a hands-on, end-to-end HR leadership role, covering HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, Office Management and company events. You’ll build scalable People systems and programs while partnering closely with leaders across Hardware, Software, Product, Operations, and D&M to keep our distributed teams engaged, compliant, and high-performing.What You’ll Be DoingDefine values-in-action, own engagement rituals (on-sites, all-hands, recognition), run surveys and action plans, and steward internal communications;Oversee HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, employment contracts, payroll coordination and benefits administration across multiple locations;Run performance cycles, calibration, leveling/competency frameworks, L&D programs, and leadership enablement for managers;Developing strategies and providing guidance on employee training, professional development, and career paths;Partnering with Finance to maintain compensation bands, offers, promotions, and variable plans, ensuring fairness and market alignment;Oversee facilities/vendors (leases, supplies, travel policies), plan off-sites and team events, and ensure an excellent hybrid/remote experience;Deliver WBR/MBR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring pace, engagement), and support org design and change management.What You’ll Bring To The Table7–10 years of progressive HR experience in high-growth, including HR Ops and Talent Acquisition in multi-country tech environments;Demonstrated hands-on ownership of HR operations (HRIS, payroll coordination, benefits, contracts) and compliance across EU jurisdictions;Experience running performance cycles, leveling frameworks, and L&D with measurable outcomes;Strong experience acting as a close advisor on HR topics at all levels of the organization;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams;Fluency in English and Portuguese;Proactivity and capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.It Would Be Great If You Would Also HaveExperience supporting hardware + SaaS/IoT organizations and field-service teams;Fluency in any other European language.Why join us?A pivotal People leadership role shaping culture and talent for Europe’s fastest-growing smart-locker network;A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning;Competitive salary and flexible benefits package, tailored to your experience and skills;Eligibility for performance-based bonus, tied to your results and designed to reward your impact;Work how you work best - we offer a remote-friendly policy and flexible hours so you can stay productive and keep life balanced;Portuguese Health Insurance including mental health;Flexible Sports and Wellness membership covering multiple gyms and studios;Unlimited days off (subject to manager approval).Ready to join the revolution?At Bloq.it, we provide end-to-end solutions for Smart Lockers, and our software ecosystem, Bloq.it OS, is the leading tech solution available in the market.We've had the pleasure of working with some of the biggest names in e-commerce, logistics, and retail in Europe, such as Vinted and DHL.We have recently become the fastest-growing Smart Locker company in the world.
