Join us to reshape knowledge sharing and thrive on new challenges.About The RoleAs the Head of People, you will lead the global People function across a fast-growing, international organization spanning Dubai, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Canada, the Philippines, Alexandria, South Africa and a network of independent contractors.You’ll ensure that our people operations, culture, and processes are consistent, compliant, and aligned with our business goals - whether managed in-house or through trusted local partners.You’ll lead a talented team of one Talent Acquisition Manager, five Talent Acquisition Partners and one HR Operations Coordinator, fostering a high-performing, people-first culture across all markets.Key Responsibilities Global people operationsOversee and continuously improve all end-to-end HR processes across all regions (from onboarding and payroll to offboarding).Partner with local providers (EOR and payrollers) to ensure compliance, payroll accuracy, and seamless local support.Drive operational excellence in HRIS management, data accuracy and process automation.Ensure global consistency in people practices while respecting local legal frameworks. Team leadershipLead and coach the People team: one Talent Acquisition Manager, five TA Partners, and one HR Operations Coordinator.Set clear priorities, provide mentorship and promote collaboration between talent acquisition and HR operations.Build a strong, empowered team that delivers an excellent employee experience globally. Talent acquisition & onboardingOversee global talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across multiple markets.Partner with the Talent Acquisition manager to refine hiring processes: ensuring efficiency, equity and strong candidate experience.Maintain smooth onboarding in collaboration with in-house teams and external EOR partners. Performance & developmentLead company-wide performance management ensuring clear feedback, growth, and alignment with company goals.Support managers in coaching and talent development.Champion employee engagement and retention initiatives across locations. Compensation, payroll & complianceOversee payroll operations in coordination with finance teams and local partners.Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures globally.Maintain legal compliance for all employment types (in-house, EOR, contractors).Own contract management and employee documentation across all regions. Culture & employee experienceStrengthen company culture and foster connection across teams and time zones.Ensure employee policies, guides, and communications are clear, consistent, and culturally inclusive.Lead initiatives that drive engagement, belonging and well-being, together with the operations manager. Strategic leadershipAct as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on organizational design, people strategy, and scaling operations.Provide data-driven insights and quarterly people reports to guide business decisions.What you’ll bring3-6 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.Proven experience leading HR operations and talent acquisition in a global or multi-country environment.Strong understanding of global employment models, EOR partnerships, and contractor management.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.Nice to haveExperience collaborating with international HR partnersKnowledge of employment law across EMEA and APAC.Familiarity with HRIS and data-driven people operations.Worked with Ashby (ATS) or Deel (HRIS).What’s in it for you?Shape the global People function: Lead the People team across 9+ countries defining how we attract, grow, and engage talent worldwide.
