Head of People Operations, Payroll & Talent Acquisition - (Maternity Cover)The Role (What’s In The Box)We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of People Operations, Payroll & Talent Acquisition cover to lead our HR operations, payroll and talent acquisition across the Nordic region Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, this role is responsible for both leadership and hands-on operational execution, ensuring HR support for white- and blue-collar employees while driving alignment with standards and local business needs. This position is a 12-month maternity leave cover.What You’ll Do (The Recipe)People Operations & LeadershipLead and develop the HR generalist team, covering payroll, HR administration, talent acquisition, employer branding and HR systems.Guarantee accurate data management for all employees across HR systems, payroll, and other related platforms.Monitor service levels (SLA) and employee satisfaction (CSAT) through the Jira ticketing system, ensuring operational excellence.Lead continuous improvement efforts to centralise, standardise, and optimise people processes across the region.Manage the monthly payroll review and approval process, ensuring accuracy and compliance for all Nordic markets.Ensure the delivery of HR support services meets business needs and legal requirements for both white- and blue-collar employees.Own and drive all HR change management projects relating to operational tools, systems & processes in the region, ensuring alignment with global initiatives.Support internal and external audits as required, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.Maintain internal employee policies, ensuring market relevance and compliance.Talent Acquisition & Workforce ManagementOversee all talent acquisition and Global Mobility activities in the Nordics, ensuring efficient and timely hiring for white-collar roles.Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.Develop and implement a localised Nordic employer branding strategy.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with local leadership, global HR teams, and key stakeholders to provide a strategic HR partnership.Work closely with production and HR teams at the fulfillment center to streamline timesheet processes, attendance recording, and agency worker booking.What You’ll Bring (Your Ingredients)Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in multinational environments with both white- and blue-collar populations.Experience with Nordic admin & payroll processes.Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.Located in Denmark (mandatory).
