Head of Rewards Shape the future of total rewards in a fast-growing international beverage companyAre you passionate about building impactful compensation and benefits strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent?Royal Unibrew is looking for an experienced Head of Rewards to join our Group HR team and take the lead in designing and driving our global rewards agenda.About The RoleAs Head of Rewards, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global Compensation & Benefits framework across all markets. You will work closely with senior leadership, local HR teams and external partners to ensure competitive, compliant, and business aligned reward practices that support Royal Unibrew’s growth strategy. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to our Chief People Officer; the role is located in Faxe, Denmark.In this role, you will take the lead in shaping and executing Royal Unibrew’s Total Rewards agenda across our diverse markets. Acting as a strategic partner to our executive leaders, you will ensure our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, compliant and aligned without our business goalsKey responsibilitiesLead the design and execution of Royal Unibrew’s Total Rewards strategy, including base pay, short- and long-term incentives, benefits, recognition, and executive compensationAdvise senior leadership and the Chief People Officer on compensation matters, including market trends and regulatory risksDrive implementation of initiatives to prepare us for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, manage job grading implementation and maintenanceBe a sparring partner for our many market organisations on Rewards-related initiatives, and maintain robust compensation structures, benefits programs and incentive schemesOversee the annual salary review and bonus cycles (STI & LTI) across countriesConduct market benchmarking and internal pay analysis and provide insights and reporting through HR data and analyticsManage and coordinate the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments, including relocation, immigration, tax, and compliance.Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding global mobility policies, processes, and requirements.About YouWe hope that you bring your hands-on approach and a deep understanding of how rewards drive business outcomes paired with a genuine interest in creating value through people. You thrive in international environments and do not shy away from the operational parts of the role, if needed.You Most Likely Have5+ years of experience within Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, ideally in an international settingStrong analytical skills and proficiency with HR data, salary benchmarking and reward modellingFamiliarity with global mobility, executive compensation, job evaluation and incentive designA structured yet practical and pragmatic mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English – Danish is a plus, but not requiredWhat we offerThis will be the first time we establish a Group Rewards area in Royal Unibrew across our markets.
