From onboarding flows to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that is people-centric and value-adding.We're growing rapidly, and to support this expansion, we're looking for a Head of People to drive our People strategy in France and support growth across Europe. You’ll shape policies and procedures and embed culture across the team.If you're a data-oriented and results-driven expert with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, who is passionate about building scalable processes and helping others grow, this might be the next challenge you're after.What You'll Be DoingActing as a strategic advisor and coach to leadership, supporting organisational development, cultural integration, and high-impact decision-makingDeveloping and implementing HR policies and procedures that meet Revolut’s standards and local French employment regulationsSupporting the operationalisation of the French-licensed entity, aligning HR processes to regulatory requirements, and contributing to our expansion strategyPartnering with Central HR to optimise day-to-day operations, drive automation, and ensure customer-centricityOwning performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processesMonitoring compliance with local employment laws, including direct liaison with relevant French authorities (e.g., inspection du travail)Promoting Revolut’s culture and values while embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion in day-to-day operationsProviding cultural coaching to enable effective cross-border collaborationLeading People initiatives that support business goals, from compensation benchmarking to training and engagement programmesHelping build a balanced scorecard and success metrics for the new entityWhat You'll Need8–10 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to high-growth or regulated environments (e.g., fintech, banking, scale-ups)Proven success as a strategic HR business partner or Head of People in an international, multicultural contextDeep knowledge of French labour law and regulatory requirementsExperience with policy development, performance management, and complianceAn analytical mindset and experience working with data-driven HR practicesFluency in English and FrenchNice to haveExperience working in or supporting a regulated financial institutionKnowledge of banking-specific HR controls or compliance frameworksExpertise building HR operations from scratch in a startup or scale-upExperience working within group-wide and local HR structuresBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
