Head of Performance CreativeAbout inBeatinBeat is a performance media agency built around creators. We help brands like Miro, Slim Chickens, and Nestlé scale content that performs. Our model unites influencer marketing, performance creative, and paid media into one growth system.The RoleWe’re hiring a Head of Performance Creative to lead the creative engine that powers our campaigns.You’ll oversee three functions — production, creative strategy, and creator casting (UGC) — and bring them together into one high-performing system.Your job is to connect insight, execution, and creative judgment. You’ll turn strategy into briefs, translate data into creative direction, and ensure every piece we ship serves both brand and performance.ResponsibilitiesLead and align production, strategy, and casting teams toward shared creative performance goals.Set the creative vision for how inBeat approaches content across paid, organic, and influencer channels.Oversee the entire lifecycle: brief → production → testing → iteration → learning.Translate paid-media data into actionable creative insights and testing roadmaps.Balance performance data with brand taste and storytelling.Manage internal resourcing and freelancer capacity in collaboration with Ops.Build creative systems that scale quality and velocity simultaneously.Mentor creative strategists and production leads to think like growth partners.Define and track KPIs: creative hit rate, velocity, CAC impact, and asset quality.What Success Looks LikeA unified creative department that moves quickly and produces high-performing work.Faster creative testing cycles and higher hit rates.Clear alignment between creators, production, and strategy.inBeat recognized by clients as a creative growth partner, not a content vendor.What You Bring7+ years in performance creative, growth, or DTC marketing.Proven creative taste and understanding of brand storytelling.Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (creative, production, strategy, or casting).Strong command of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube creative formats and trends.Comfortable interpreting data and tying creative direction to performance outcomes.Strategic clarity and creative empathy — able to brief, critique, and inspire.Hands-on experience with creators, influencers, and content production workflows.Why inBeatYou’ll join a senior leadership team building the next generation of performance media — creator-driven, data-literate, and taste-led.We move fast, value autonomy, and back individual contributors who can connect dots across brand and growth.
