As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talents and contribute to building a prosperous future for all.Apply Now and Be Part of Our Journey to Inspire Sustainable Lives in Every Home!We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer - Simulation & Modeling who will join our team at Production Technologies Directorate.System engineering to analyze and design process,Optimization of production flowMaking the simulations of automation projects, material handling systems and work processes including workflows and/or decision mechanisms, designing these processes and workflows accordingly,Making time studies with MTM,Feasibility and make/buy analysis for the investment projects and business processes,Ergonomics and work safety analysis of work stations, managing the improvement projects of probable risks, designing the optimal work station structure,Executing the Long Term Planning activities of the department,Improvement of overall efficiency by carrying out cost and process improvement projects in the supported production plants,Releasing advanced reports,Ensuring the necessary process steps to be completed on time at the new product projects,Developing ideas and leading creative production and material handling-related projectsThe position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.How do we describe the perfect match?Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or preferably M.Sc. in Industrial or Computer Engineering,Preferably at least 5 years experience in mass production assembly lines,Advanced simulation knowledge (preferably Siemens Technomatix Plant Simulation or Simio),Advanced programming knowledge (preferably Python)Knowledge and experience in method, time studies and ergonomicsAdvanced in / strong knowledge of MS Office applications,Excellent verbal and written skills in English,Experience in LEAN, KANBAN, TPM, 5S, MRP, and PLM applications,Knowledge of Agile Production, Value Stream Map, Industry 4.0 and MES,Following and adapting the market trends and new Technologies,Outside-the-box thinking ability,Open to innovation culture,Flexible and open to new perspectives,A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,Knowing what empathy really means,Being open to communication is always our priority.We are an equal opportunity employer.
