You’ll set the strategy, systems, and operating rhythm that make great decisions the default.What You'll AchieveBuild a high‑trust, business‑centric procurement program grounded in clarity, speed, and strong controlsOwn the end‑to‑end source‑to‑PO motion across indirect categories, from vendor intake and RFx to contracting, and purchase orders.Stand up simple, auditable policies and approval frameworks that scale globally and meet public‑company readinessEstablish category strategies and multi‑year savings plans across key spend areas like software, marketing, people systems, and corporate servicesPartner with Legal, Security, Privacy, Finance, and BizTech to streamline intake, due diligence, and risk reviews without slowing teams downImplement the right tooling and data for visibility and decision making, including intake, CLM alignment, vendor risk, and spend analyticsNegotiate high‑impact commercial agreements and renewals, balancing cost, flexibility, and vendor performanceHire, develop, and lead a small, mighty team; coach cross‑functional partners on great procurement habitsSkills You'll Need To Bring15+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing with increasing scope and people leadershipTrack record building programs, policies, and dashboards that improved speed, savings, and complianceLed complex negotiations for multimillion‑dollar SaaS and services agreementsPartnered closely with Finance, Legal, Security, and IT to ship cross‑functional processesAbility to design and operate a procurement function that is both business‑friendly and audit‑ready at a high‑growth software company or public‑company environmentExpert commercial judgment and negotiation across SaaS and services agreementsSystems mindset with hands‑on experience implementing intake, approval, and P2P workflowsClear, empathetic communication that builds trust with executives and partnersData fluency to model scenarios, size opportunities, and track savings and complianceNice To HavesFamiliarity with ZIP, NetSuite, Ironclad, vendor risk, and spend analytics toolsGlobal category ownership across AMER, EMEA, and APACWe hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below.
