Your missionOwn the roadmap and lead the product function, align the organization around what to build and why, and make sure wedeliver things that matter.Partner with the CPTO to shape and evolve the product vision and strategy.Build lightweight processes that keep a fast team coordinated.Align Engineering, Operations, and customers around clear goals and success metrics that make progress visible to everyone.Communicate product direction clearly across the whole company.Define where AI creates real value in our product and take it from idea to shipped feature.Your profileYou have senior product leadership experience at a growth-stage company.You are a generalist and hands-on leader, that is able to do the work that is required, not only what is expected.You have experience in environments where software meets real-world operations, not purely SaaS.You are technical enough to collaborate meaningfully with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs.You’ve taken over an existing product function before and made it better.You are a strong communicator who can align different teams around a shared direction.You possess a clear view on where AI creates product value today, backed by things you’ve actually shipped.You are fluent English, written and spoken.
