In this strategic leadership role, you’ll take charge of the Work Preparation department and ensure our production runs efficiently and future-oriented, supported by clear and practical guidelines. You’ll collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics, and innovate together with your team.In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a monthYou guide and enhance the Work Preparation department, which involves technical documentationYou are responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing work plans and instructionsYou ensure process standardization and support the introduction of new products and technologiesYou play a vital role in digital and automation initiativesOur team dynamicsOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
