As we expand our operations, we're looking for a talented leader to steer our product strategy and execution.As the Head of Product at Kuba Denmark, you will play a critical role in defining and driving the vision for our products, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of our users and the demands of the market.You'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration. Your strategic insights will be pivotal in aligning our product offerings with our organizational goals and customer expectations.In this role, you will foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product team while working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will also be responsible for developing a product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.You will maintain a product overview in Confluence, a commercial overview in Hubspot and a work overview in Jira while doing communications on Slack, Blink and email.Key Responsibilities:Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget are metCoordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives smoothlyPrioritize user stories and features according to business impact and customer needsSupport Product Owners in defining and tracking product objectives (OKRs, KPIs)Ensure functional and technical consistency across different products or modulesMonitor product performance through key metrics Gather and synthesize user feedback to continuously improve the product experienceCollaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and value propositionOversee product quality through validation rituals and testing before releasesCommunicate effectively within the organization about product updates (newsletters, demos, quarterly reviews, etc.)RequirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholdersSolid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesHands-on experience with Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detailFluency in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are an assetDesired Skills:Experience in the mobility or payments industry is highly desirableAbility to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their bestPassion for emerging technologies and innovationBenefitsBe part of an organisation that's leading mobility payment innovation and transforming public transportation experiences across the world.
