You’ll establish partnerships with commercial nurseries, local community groups, and professional implementation groups, while overseeing internal resources dedicated to restoration, maintenance, and monitoring. You’ll also collaborate closely with our project design & development, land acquisition, carbon intelligence, and investments teams, executing on the restoration strategy and reporting results. Key Responsibilities:Grow and manage our vendor network, negotiating contracts with groups such as commercial nurseries and landscape implementation groupsFoster trust and engagement with local community groups, overseeing the execution of our social impact effortsCollaborate closely with our Project Design & Development team to inform and execute on the restoration strategy Manage the overall implementation of restoration process, from sourcing seedlings, preparing lands, and planting to on-going maintenance and monitoringReport on implementation progress, identifying risks and opportunities and proactively anticipating next stepsWhat We’re Looking ForWe understand no single candidate meets every qualification.
