Head of Project Management DivisionWe’re looking for a senior leader to head the Project Management Division of a global technology company delivering complex infrastructure and control systems in Israel and worldwide.This is a key role managing the P&L, leading ~40 professionals across project management, integration, and service — with full responsibility for execution, delivery quality, and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a division of ~40 professionals, including project managers, integration, installation, and service teams.Manage subcontractors and oversee project execution to ensure quality, timelines, and profitability.Oversee project pipeline, budget, and resource allocation across multiple projects.Implement methodologies and standards for effective project management and pricing.Partner with sales and business development teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery.Represent the delivery organization in tenders and client engagements.Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.Ideal background:B.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (MBA – advantage)Senior Experience managing large, multidisciplinary technology or infrastructure projectsStrong leadership and operational skillsProven track record managing budgets of 50M+ ILS and P&L full responsibiltyFluent English
