For our Symlab Team in Ostermundigen we are looking for you immediately or upon availability in an 100% capacity.Your ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities Project Management:Management and development of the project management teamResponsibility for adherence to project deadlines, budgets and quality standardsIntroduction, maintenance and monitoring of project plansInterface management with sales and productionEscalation management in the event of target deviationsIdentification and implementation of organisational improvements in project managementMonitoring of KPIs and regular reporting to managementModeration of project kick-offs and regular jour fixesResponsibilities Customer Care:Supporting and advising international customers throughout the entire after-sales cycleConducting product trainings and presentationsYour ProfileCompleted degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in project management and customer care, ideally with management responsibilityStrong customer focus and excellent communication skillsTechnical understanding in the field of high-frequency technologyWillingness to work internationallyFluent German and very good English skills.
