Snapshot of Your DayWe are looking for a passionate leader to be part of our TI EAD (Electrification, Automation and Digitalization) leadership team of Europe Central, East and South. In close cooperation with your colleagues from Sales and Service you will drive the further development of our successful solution business in your area of responsibility. This includes the necessary supervision, reporting and planning activities, as well as further developing the skills of our Project Managers, Engineers and Technicians!This role will lead and manage the respective team leaders in the relevant countries in Europe East and South (Turkey, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Croatia and Serbia).How You Will Make an Impact :Ensuring Revenue, Gross margin, NCC and Offer Costs Ensuring utilization of assigned employees, maintaining Resource Planning ToolEnsuring a customer- and quality-focused attitude in the organization Close cooperation with Sales and ServiceImplementation of the business strategy in the underlying group structureParticipation in the development of new portfolio elements by actively gathering customer requirements and feedback from active projectsSupport LoA process, Bid / NoBid decisions, Win-Loss analysisFurther development of the assigned employees - succession planningImplementation of regular occupational safety instructions - prevention of accidents at work (Zero Harm Culture)Compliance with the Business Conduct GuidelinesWhat You Bring:Desired: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project or solution business, with 5 years professional experience and team leadership.Excellent project/program management, scheduling, communication (in written and verbal format), network building and facilitation skills required.Very good negotiation skills with customers and suppliers are required. A high degree of integrity is required to work in a challenging business environment, as well as a commitment to our Zero Harm Culture.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages from the region Europe East and South is a plus.A willingness to travel within the regions of Europe East and South is required.About The TeamOur Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
